Pillars of Health: Faith, Family, and Fitness. | Life Update/Announcement…

For the first time in over 5+ Years, I am officially making a return to Personal Training for Adults and the Soft Launch of a Hybrid “Online” Coaching Service.

This may sound strange because most of you know that I already own a Gym. However, if you have interacted with me (or the company), I have been very standoff-ish about taking on Adults Clients. (Except for my Professional or Olympic Athletes)

My explanation is simple:

I started OAKFIT originally in 2014. We Pioneered a Change in the Fitness Industry and did some incredible things.

In 2020, I made the decision to completely Re-Brand OAKFIT into an Athlete-focused Development Model, and I stopped taking on Adults Clients.

And for the past 5 Years, OAKFIT has once again changed the entire landscape; once again becoming the Industry Leader for Athlete Development. We have absolutely Dominated the Market and this is something I am extremely Proud of!

What many people still don’t realize is the Personal Journey of my own Training & Lifestyle, which is where I believe the True Foundation of my Experience and ability to Connect. Therefore, starting now, my Personal Story will be the point of Emphasis in my Content.

From How I Train to How I Eat to How I stay Focused on my Goals despite being “Busy” with Priorities such as Family and Work.

So, this is my Official “Soft Launch” for what will start as a Hybrid-style of Personal Training.

This Hybrid-style of Service will allow for SERIOUS Clients to Train with me In-Person AND “Online”.

Truthfully and Transparently, I am still not fully Bought In to an “Online”-Only approach. So, if you’re not able to come to my Gym In-Person, I might not have a solution for you, yet.

But if you’re new here, Welcome to the Show. I hope you enjoy the Content. And I do encourage you to engage through Comments or DM’s. I will get better at responding to everything. As a side note, I’m also going to ask for your Support of Sharing the Information along the way if you think it is helpful or valuable.

Thank Y’all, and Stay Tuned.

Physical Culture & the Principles of Athletic Performance. | Building the Foundation for Power, Speed, and Longevity.
I’m pretty Old School when it comes to Mindset & Philosophy regarding Training & Development.
Keep it Simple Stupid.
Modern Technology has confused the Consumer Marketplace with gimmicks and “Hacks” using Outliers as Influencers which is making this younger generation Believe they can Skip the Line…
Wrong. You gotta put in the Work.
The most Successful People that I know are the ones who Work Hard, Day In/Day Out, with Maximum Effort and Zero Excuses.
Principle Number 1 in Long Term Success is the method of “Progressive Overload”.
Constantly Challenging the Brain & Body to Work beyond it’s perceived Limits.
Principle Number 2 is the “Kaizen” method of Improving 1% every Session. Everyday.
Principle Number 3 is Law of Specificity. Focus on what needs to be Improved, not what is your Favorite.
Principle Number 4 is Time Under Tension. Building Muscles is not the same as Building the Nervous System, although they can overlap. Knowing the difference can make you Faster or Slower, can help you Build Muscle or Increase Risk of Injury.
Between these 4 Principles, any Average Athlete can Achieve Superior Results during a sustained amount of Time.
Drop your Questions down in the Comments, I can go more in depth with how these Philosophies apply to Athletics, Business, or Life overall.

Unconditional & Unapologetic. | Letters to Lucy…
Dear Lucy,
One day, I hope you read these and realize how special of a Gift you are in my Life. To me, you are my Everything.
My biggest fear is knowing that one day, you’re not going to come running into my arms after work every day, like you do now.
But when that day comes, I want you to know that in my arms is where you will Always have a place to be. It will never matter how big you get, how independent you are, how successful you become, or how far away you might be.
And until that day comes, in my Arms is where I’m going to keep you for as long as I possibly can because I want you to know this place is yours Forever.
Your smile. Your laughter. Your funny little run when you know you’re being mischievous. It’s all part of your already blossoming and beautiful personality. I love every little piece of you. You are simply the Light of my Life.
The World is yours, my Love. Nothing will stand in my way to give you everything you Deserve.
I Love You with All My Heart. Forever and Ever.
