Struggle to keep your New Year’s resolutions past January? You’re not alone.

This year, try a different kind of goal setting: choose a Word of the Year to guide your decisions.
Ask yourself, “Does this align with my word?” instead of “Am I doing this perfectly?”

A single word can anchor your habits, boundaries, and growth without the guilt of a broken resolution.

2025, what a year. 💙

Behind every number is a real person doing the hard work of healing, setting boundaries, and caring for their mental health. We’re grateful for every story we’ve been trusted with this year.

Anastacia Noel - May we be reminded that “Christmas” is when we acknowledge and celebrate His birth. He came that He would die and be “resurrected.”

Justice and Mercy - what does the Lord require of us? He came, that we may “act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with our God.”

Gia Zahara - a lovely flower that represents the beauty that the Lord can cultivate in our lives, no matter what our circumstance.

Nova Imani - We walk by “faith” not by sight. Jesus is love. Love always “hopes.”

Blessings and peace to you this holiday season. 🎄🎁🤲🏾

Having a stressful holiday instead of a peaceful one? You’re not alone.

Holiday stress can show up as exhaustion, pressure to keep everyone happy, or feeling like you have to do it all. You still deserve care, boundaries, and moments of calm.

If your mental health feels heavy this season, support is available. Therapy can be a space to process everything you’re carrying and learn new ways to cope. 💛

Having a stressful holiday instead of a peaceful one? You’re not alone.

In this video, I’m sharing three ways to manage your stress so it doesn’t manage you:
1️⃣ Prioritize self-care
2️⃣ Release perfection and unreasonable expectations
3️⃣ Plan ahead for stressful moments

Your mental health matters more than having the perfect decorations, the perfect gift, or the perfect attitude. It’s okay to set boundaries, say no, leave early, or do things differently this year.

If your holiday stress feels heavy, reaching out for therapy or support is a compassionate step–not a failure. 💛

“What do the lonely do at Christmas?” has been on my mind–because feeling lonely isn’t just about being alone. It’s the gap between the connection you want and what you actually have.

In this video, I’m talking about:
1️⃣ Naming what you’re feeling and planning for the hard moments
2️⃣ Caring for your body, mind, and boundaries as part of your mental health
3️⃣ Creating tiny connections that can interrupt the loneliness spiral

Even if everyone else looks “fine,” you’re not the only one struggling. Your feelings make sense, and you still deserve care, rest, and real connection.

If things feel too heavy to carry alone, reaching out for therapy or support is a strong, courageous move–not a failure. 💛

💬 Let me know which part resonated most with you.
