There are many factors to the obesity epidemic, but it’s widely accepted that food plays a big part
If you don’t want to be in that 74% implement the 80/20 rule and eat within calorie range

🍪 20% of the not so healthy choices 😜
This is the formula I share for clients after their weightloss phase. Because Being a realist, 100% clean eating just isn’t realistic for most people. But Moderation is key
So aim for 80. It’s doable, you’ll feel so much better and you’ll be helping manage your weight in a manageable way. Bonus if you add in physical activity! Your body needs the movement!!
