Ali earned her Bachelor of Science in Anatomy and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Chiropractic. Movement and wellness have always been a big part of her life—she's enjoyed playing basketball, training in Muay Thai, and running track. Outside of work, she loves cheering for the Cowboys, watching Netflix top 10, and spending time with her nephews. She is grateful to be part of the Stretch Zone family and looks forward to helping others move better and feel their best!
