We are proud to support our Overwatch Peer Support team and the police departments they serve 💙🖤
National Police Week | May 10th - May 16th, 2026
This week, we recognize the men and women behind the badge who continue to show up every single day, even when the support feels quieter than it used to.
Law enforcement has never just been a job. It’s missed holidays, late nights, hard conversations, impossible decisions, and carrying things most people will never fully understand. Yet officers across this country still lace up their boots, answer the calls, and stand between chaos and the communities they swore to protect.
At Overwatch Peer Support, we see the weight this profession carries. We also see the heart behind it.
We see the officers who stay calm while others panic.
The ones who miss dinner to answer one more call.
The ones who carry trauma silently but still show compassion to strangers on their worst days.
The ones who continue to stay professional, even while being criticized, second guessed, and sometimes forgotten.
To every patrol officer, investigator, dispatcher, supervisor, corrections officer, school resource officer, federal agent, and law enforcement professional, thank you.
Thank you for continuing to serve with integrity.
Thank you for standing strong during difficult times.
Thank you for refusing to quit on your communities or each other.
Most importantly, thank you for being human in a profession that often expects you not to be.
Please check on your people this week. Some are carrying more than they will ever say out loud.
From all of us at Overwatch Peer Support, we stand with you.
WE SHOW UP.
