Thank you to each of you who have come through our doors this month!

For those who are new, we are honored to walk alongside of you in this Christian Yoga journey.

For each of you have renewed, we want to thank you for your years of support, many of you have been with us since the beginning and we honor our CYA Cornerstone Members and each of you who have renewed this month.

Members, we hope that you are enjoying our inner sanctuary, The Well.

To all, we pray that you take advantage of all our resources, most of them are free.
We have a free excerpt from 24 Christian Yoga Class Outlines - however, we highly recommend getting the whole book - there are 2 Classes a month based on season and holidays, and we have a few of those coming up!

The Humble Post: August 2025
Sacred Rhythms: The Art of Holy Withdrawal

In a forced season of withdrawal, I put pen to paper - fingers to keys - and wrote about this season of chaos and my faith being challenged, eventually leading to beautiful spiritual disciplines, practicing presence, and sacred rhythms, all with a new profound sense of gratitude.

Similar to acupuncture, EFT focuses on the Meridians of the body. Proponents say the tapping helps you access the body’s energy and send signals to the part of the brain that controls stress. By stimulating the meridian points through EFT tapping, negative emotions, memories and stress are greatly reduced, when combined with the Lord, these deep wounds and trauma memories can be healed completely.

An excerpt: If your setup phrase is, “Even though I experienced ______, I am completely forgiven and accepted through Christ, I deeply and completely accept myself,” your reminder phrase can be, “There is never any condemnation in Christ.” Recite this phrase at each tapping point. Repeat this sequence two or three times.

Our online sanctuary, The Well, has begun flowing ~

To our beloved members, we have been placing you inside the doors and will continued to do so...thank you for your patience.

We can’t wait to see you on the inside.

The Well IS CYA’s online sanctuary where all CYA members can access resources anytime. It is a sacred space for communion, fellowship and encouragement, a dwelling place and sanctuary.

But anyone who drinks the water I give will never be thirsty again. The water I give people will be like a spring flowing inside them. It will bring them eternal life.” John 4:14, ERV

Our prayer is that you come, anytime, to commune and drink from the well, be continually fed, nourished and supported in Christian yoga, business, ministry, and life.

The Well is Included in Any Membership and will continue to grow and expand each month with new resources.
