Here's a quick workout to burn belly fat and get you sweating!
πͺ Hold the ends of the battle ropes with each hand shoulder-width apart
πͺ Tighten your core and alternately raising and lowering each arm explosively in a whip-motion
πͺ Continue for three to four sets of 1 to 2 minutes
