I wish to make a complaint about the lack of a responsible plan with contingencies in place to open the Finley Ewing Cardiovascular Fitness Center. Again this morning, Friday, March 4, 2022, no one was present to open the center. I know that the young lady who opens and works the front desk most weekday mornings comes from Plano via DART and then rides a bicycle from the Park Lane Station to the CVC. But when DART is not cooperating, there should be (and must be) an alternative that she can use. I left the CVC at 6:13 AM. Several members who had been waiting left before I did even as more members were showing up. Please rectify this problem as soon as possible.
If you have dues automatically deducted, BEWARE! I am still waiting for a response to the letter I received from a collection agency in Colorado when Finley Ewing automatically has deducted payments for years (including in September). My previous post was removed and I have heard nothing despite sending proof of payment.
Check your billing from Finley Ewing, Dallas. They are making system changes. I received a late bill warning Friday with late fee. My dues have been deducted for years by them from my checking account with no problem. They are now called FX WELL and use a company in Englewood, CO for billing. I have copies of checks deducting my dues. I spent all afternoon on the phone yesterday trying to get this corrected. I no longer wish membership and want this corrected by the organization.
We forgot to submit our entry to the costume contest! Maybe next year. πŸ™ƒ
