I've been building up my deadlift weight very slowly. It's this movement that wrecks my lower back. I'm happy to report that I had no pain or soreness after moving heavy boxes into my daughter's 3rd floor college apartment. Functional fitness for the win!
You can be flexible AND strong. In fact, I recommend both. Do it for future you!

Yep, I'm guilty of only sharing the best of my practice. Handstands have always been hard for me, especially when I'm trying a new variation. Here, Abhijata was teaching the variation using a slant plank to relieve some pressure in the wrists and shift weight into the fingers. Felt great, just took a few tries.
