In 2023, our patient initially consulted Dr. Sethuraman for the management of lumbar pain, which was successfully treated with Posterior Lumbar Decompression.

The patient subsequently presented with a new symptomatology, encompassing cervicalgia, impaired ambulation, and a notable gait disturbance. The intensity of these symptoms precipitated the patient's inability to continue his employment as a professional hauler. Post-operative evaluation following a C5-C7 ACDF in October 2025 demonstrated a positive outcome.

Currently, the patient reports minimal pain and exhibits full range of motion. Moreover, he has returned to his occupational responsibilities while concurrently participating in physical therapy.
