This is the phase of the Hero’s Journey known as The Resurrection - the Return Transformed.

Here, the journey turns inward and outward at once - revealing how deeply connected we are to something greater, and how that light now lives within us.

Giverny invites us into soft observation and stillness. As we attune to subtle beauty, the external world becomes a mirror of our inner radiance. There is no striving here - only presence.

At the Impressionist Museum, you’ll be gently guided through an artistic exploration - a creative channeling of intuition into form. This is not about perfection, but about allowing spirit to move through your hands, your heart, and your awareness.

Dear Beautiful Soul,

There was a time in my life when I searched endlessly for clarity -
reading, asking, analyzing, waiting for someone or something outside of me to confirm what I should do next.

But the truth is…
the answers were never missing.
I just wasn’t listening in the right place.

It wasn’t until I slowed down - until I allowed quiet moments of reflection - that my intuition began to speak clearly.

Not loudly.
Not dramatically.
But with a steady, calm knowing.

This is the wisdom of the Third Eye Chakra - the space where insight doesn’t come from logic, but from alignment.

"The Year of Unfolding 2026" represents the gentle, powerful process of unfolding - moving forward not by force, but through release, trust, and inner alignment.

The figure gazes toward the future, while golden energy at the crown ignites insight and vitality, transforming into a flowing blue river through the throat and heart—where truth, emotion, and authentic expression merge. A small red heart hovers at the energetic heart space, reminding us that love remains the guide throughout transformation.

Dear Beautiful Soul,

There was a moment—long before My Chakra Center existed—when I felt the weight of a truth I wasn’t ready to say out loud.

For years, I’d been carrying a quiet tension:
the long days, the leadership roles, the constant responsibility, the unspoken expectation that I would just keep going because I’d always been the one who could.

I loved my years in education.
But something deep inside me had already started shifting.

I knew I was exhausted.
I knew I was misaligned.
I knew I was longing for something more creative, intuitive, and healing.

But I kept pushing the whisper away… until it wasn’t a whisper anymore.

One day, sitting alone after a meeting, I finally heard myself say the words out loud:

“This doesn't work for me anymore.”

There was no drama, no grand decision—just truth.
Soft, honest, undeniable.

And speaking that truth changed everything.

It didn’t solve everything overnight.
But it opened a door.
It softened me.
It created space for what wanted to come next.

That sentence—simple as it was—became the beginning of My Chakra Center.
Not because I had it all figured out…
but because I finally had the courage to give my inner voice a seat at the table.

This is the power of the Throat Chakra—the home of your truth, your expression, your inner resonance.

And it’s why Day 5 of our retreat takes us to the Museum of Robert Tatin:

A place where bold expression, surreal imagery, and unapologetic creativity remind us that your voice is not something to hide—it’s something sacred. Others may not always understand it, and that’s okay; like art, it is subjective and uniquely yours.

Dear Beautiful Soul,

Sometimes a vision for our life begins with recognizing what no longer fits.

For me, the shift toward My Chakra Center didn’t begin with a grand plan. It began with a growing sense of misalignment — a quiet discomfort that eventually became impossible to ignore.

After 28 years in education, a field I truly loved, I started feeling the unmistakable weight of stress settling into my body. I was fulfilling roles, leading programs, and showing up for everyone… yet some deeper part of me felt like it was drifting further away.

At first, it was just a whisper.
A nudge of curiosity.
A thought that maybe — just maybe — there was another path where my gifts could grow in new ways.

But the more I tried to push that feeling aside, the louder it became.
What began as a soft inner voice turned into surround sound — not because it was sudden, but because I had stopped paying attention to myself.

My deep love for personal development, intuitive art, and energy healing had always been there… quietly waiting for me to notice. And when I finally allowed myself to imagine a life where those passions weren’t on the sidelines, but at the center, something shifted.

Vision began to replace doubt.
Possibility started to take shape.
And I realized that the stress and misalignment weren’t obstacles — they were guidance. They were my soul’s way of saying,

“It’s time to move toward the life that calls you.”

Dear Beautiful Soul,

Earlier this week, I shared a path through Brocéliande Forest - where the legends of King Arthur whisper through the trees. That forest reminds me that transformation begins with letting go.

I know what it’s like to hold on tightly. After 20+ years in education - teaching, leading events, mentoring students, and holding leadership roles - this was how people knew me. That identity, those roles, were comfortable, predictable… and deeply familiar.

Yet a quiet inner voice nudged me toward something different. Becoming a Holistic Life Coach and energy healer was stepping into a version of myself that no one, including me, fully recognized yet. It was unknown, uncertain, and exhilarating all at once. Letting go of my old identity wasn’t easy, but as I did, I felt creativity, clarity, and joy begin to flow in ways I never imagined.

That night, I had a lucid dream: a bright office, sunlight streaming through the windows, a tree gently swaying outside. I was called to create a space for healing, balance, and transformation - My Chakra Center.
