Connect Pediatrics is a leading provider of pediatric home health care (nursing and therapy) throughout Texas. Our highly trained clinicians provide personalized, ongoing care for children with needs such as tracheostomy care, ventilator management, feeding tube care, enteral/parental nutrition, respiratory care, seizure intervention, and other specialized medical care. Our back office and management team provides 24/7 support to our nurses and therapists. We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes PTO, 401K, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and life insurance. Connect Pediatrics was founded by Ezra and Gina Kuenzi, RN, who were inspired by their nephew, Dillon. Dillon was born with multiple medical issues so severe that he needs round-the-clock skilled nursing care. Based on our family's experience, we started Connect with the goal of simply providing each patient with the same level of care and service that we would want for our own family. With that goal in mind, we focus not only on providing the highest level of clinical care, but also on building relationships and connecting with each family on a personal level.

We’re kicking off the new year with Throwback Meet-Us Monday! ✨

Meet Gina! Before starting Connect, Gina worked in the Cardiac Cath Lab at University Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas, where she supported diagnostic and interventional heart procedures, assisted with catheterizations, and was part of a team providing life-saving care.

In 2014, Gina and Ezra started Connect and built the foundation of who we are today. A Registered Nurse with a Master’s in Nursing Education and Leadership, Gina shaped our culture from the very beginning and continues to inspire through her commitment to exceptional care, education, and a heart for medically fragile children and their families. While she’s no longer involved in day-to-day operations, her impact is still felt by our entire team!

We are overjoyed to share that Cristian, one of our incredible Connect Pediatrics patients, just had his Disney World wish granted through a beautiful partnership between Make-A-Wish and Valero!

Cristian and his family are headed to the most magical place on earth — just in time for the iconic Mickey’s Christmas Parade! ✨🎄 His mom shared how this trip is something they never imagined would be possible, making this surprise even more special.
