Maze Organizational Team! We may be 7 years old as a company, but our Organizational Team is 2 years young.

Today, April 8, marks two years of the Maze of Life Organizational Team. It began with a simple decision but a BIG vision.

There wasn’t a clear roadmap laid out. There were questions, unknowns, and a vision that hadn’t taken shape yet. What carried it forward was faith, trust, and a willingness to move anyway.

Now we get to pause for a moment and look at what has grown from that.

Ouch! While we all have things that upset or challenge us, it’s our job to manage how we respond, not the world’s job to avoid them. Instead of expecting others to change for us, we can focus on understanding and working through our own reactions. ~ Michelle

Sometimes you just need something simple to come back to. That’s really where these guides (The Wellness Guide and Wellness Toolkit) come in.

Our team member, Courtney (Kai) created them with real life in mind… the middle of your day, the moments where your mind is full, your energy is low, or you just need a reset without making it a whole process.

The Intentional Wellness Guide helps you slow down and reconnect with yourself. It walks through things like pacing your energy, giving yourself grace, and learning how to take care of yourself without pressure.

Then the Wellness Activity Toolkit gives you something you can actually do in those moments. Grounding exercises. Breathing. Quick resets. Things that don’t require a lot of time, but still make a difference.

This wasn’t created to sit on a shelf or be another resource you “should” use.

It’s here for the moments when you need it. Even if that’s just one exercise. One page. One pause in your day.
