Offering 1-1 private sessions and duets. Virtual and in-studio. Learn fluid movement that rejuvenates joints, aligns the spine, and creates ease of movement. All sessions start with where you are that day and builds strength, rejuvenation, flexibility, and a more youthful, graceful body. No expereince necessary.
Every class is individualized, welcoming, ailored to you, and motivating.
Our clients learn so much about their body! We incorporate modern science, anatomy, bone and joint health as well as exercises to balance your mood, mind and energetic body. Movement is designed for your total wellbeing! (Need to get motivated? Relax? De-stress? Ease pain?) I read energy and bodies and design programs your body will love!)

Breathwork , Pranayama and Meditation Classes
A live, interactive, restorative class
All classes work to calm and focus the mind, enhance breath capacity, and promote overal physical wellbeing and a healthy lifestyle. Two types available:
Ayurvedic breathwork called pranayama to re-align chakras, provide grounding, relaxation, open the heart, and achieve peace and clarity. Reset your energy for creativity, grounding, sleep, and more.
Pilates breathwork releases tight muscles, increases breath capacity, hydrates fascial tissue, and promotes a more fluid, youthful body. We incorporate small balls that are inexpensive and easy to get. Classes feel like a self massage and de-stress classes. Results are often immediate, relaxing, and highly effective.
I’ll guide you every step of the way. All you need is a mat and a space.
