Our Story

Seasons Hospice is a community-based organization with a mission to find creative solutions that add quality to end-of-life care. Founded in 1997, Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care is the fifth largest Hospice provider in the nation. Seasons provides high quality clinical and compassionate care to patients and families in 19 states through our 31 Medicare-certified home care clinical operations and 18 Hospice Inpatient Centers. In 2017 Seasons cared for more than 28,000 patients and their families with 1.85 million days of care. *Community Guidelines* Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care and Seasons Foundation built our page as welcoming environment for all to share positivity and foster hope for patients and families of the terminally ill.
