We are HIRING!!! We are seeking a seasoned, professional Office Assistant to support our team of therapists & office manager. This is a F/T, in office position.

- Answer phones
- Greet clients
- Manage scheduling, cancelations, benefit verification, client inquiries, etc
- Provide administrative support

- Must have office assistant or administrative experience, preferably in the mental health field
- Strong computer skills; ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Highly reliable, independent, detail-oriented, and organized

🎶🌿 Say hello to Sarah Sumpter, LPC!
Sarah is a bilingual therapist (English & French) with a heart for supporting individuals age 10 and up, as well as families, through life’s challenges—with a compassionate, down-to-earth, and personalized approach.

With a background in both school counseling and teaching, Sarah brings a unique understanding of public education systems and family dynamics. Her areas of expertise include ADHD, anxiety, depression, autism spectrum concerns, neurodivergence, and parenting support.

She blends CBT, Family Systems, DBT, and IFS techniques to meet her clients where they are, helping them build insight, resilience, and real-life coping skills.

As a mom herself, Sarah understands the highs and lows of parenting and brings both empathy and practical wisdom to her sessions. Outside the therapy room, she’s a lover of live music, spicy food, long dog walks, and all things nature. 🎧🌶️🐾
