AAA Endovascular graft on 73 yes old male patient of mine. Completely Endovascular. No cutting involved. Femoral artery site’s closed by Perclose device. Patient start ambulating in 2 hours and go home same day. Few yes ago it used to be 6 hours long high risk complicated surgery with 7-10 hospitalization .
