As usual number one issue that was worked on today was shoulders, hamstrings & lower back issues. Total body stretching & deep tissue was the answer!

I enjoy watching the Jiu-Jitsu students get ready for their upcoming tournament later this month. It's awesome watching kids vs adults...woman vs man. Can't wait to see them in live combat later this month. Otherwise I will be at the gym performing sports massage @ $1 per min. Mon thru Thurs. 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. stop by and test drive me if you haven't been on the table!

Back at the UFC gymin Richardson TX today I have worked on one rotator cuff, one head neck and shoulder and released one lower back issue. NoKinks4u back at it again! That's what we do release muscles, stress & pain!

Every Tuesday and Thursday I am now at the UFC Gym(Coit & Beltline) in Richardson Texas from 4 p.m to 9 p.m....getting work in on fighters and people who are workout warriors!
