Good afternoon! It sounds like you're making progress, even if it feels slow. Recovering from surgery can be challenging, especially with range of motion, but it’s great that I am working with a supportive team at On Point Movement and Performance in Richardson, TX (Larry, Erica & Sana). The deep tissue laser therapy seems to be beneficial for me and it’s always reassuring to have knowledgeable professionals guiding your recovery. I am focusing on my rehab, and I have to remember that progress often takes time. I got this!
