We are seeking a Registered Nurse to serve home healthcare patients in Dallas. We have been in business for over 10 years and have an experienced Director of Nursing, under whom you will be working, an ambitious hands-on Administrator, and a cadre of enthusiastic employees whom you will join. We serve VA (Veterans) and Medicare patients scattered throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area and the surrounding counties in North Texas. Our office is located near the intersection of I-35E and LBJ-635. We use Kinnser-WellSky home healthcare software.
About You:
You must have (which means, if you do not have, please do not apply):
An unencumbered and valid RN license issued by the Texas Board of Nursing, a current BLS/CPR Certificate, Texas driver’s license, and an employable social security card.
At least one year of direct home healthcare experience of taking care of homebound elderly patients in their home or in a skilled nursing care facility.
Possess good communication skills, both verbal and written, to competently finish nursing notes, OASIS, plan of care, medication profile, and communicate in an effective and timely manner.
Be ambitious, energetic, enthusiastic, excited, reliable, competent, caring RN with a compassionate heart for the elderly and those with health deficit.
