Very few of you would know that I am an .
I have suffered with IBS(C), Food Intolerances & Allergies resulting in Leaky Gut Syndrome & Bloating my entire teenage life. After a lot of hit & trial I found my holistic solution to recovery without taking any assistance from medication.

I wanted to take control of my digestive problems instead of temporarily suppressing my symptoms with the help of prescription medication.

Since IBS recovery is an on going journey, I wanted to share a few daily practices I swear by to help keep my gut healthy & happy:

1. Pysilluim Husk - I take 1 tsp with 8 oz water on an empty stomach in the morning
2. L-Glutamine Powder - 10-15g of Glutamine (1/2 mixed with Pysiillim husk & the remaining mixed with BCAA during workout)
3. Chia Seeds - I have chia pudding made with 2tbsp chia seeds for breakfast
4. A Bowl of Salad - with lunch/dinner
5. A Bowl of Green Vegetables - with lunch/dinner
6. Turmeric Curcumin Capsules - 1200-1500mg Turmeric Curcumin with Bioprene 2-3x with meals
7. Probiotic Supplement - 20-50 Billion CFU & 12-15 probiotic strains 2x a day with meals
8. Vitamin D - via daily dose of morning sun, food & supplement
9. Low FODMAP Foods - I make a conscious effort to consume LOW FODMAP ingredients as much as possible
10. Peppermint Tea - A cup of peppermint tea before bed

I am a firm believer of getting to the root cause of the health problem instead of going straight to the doctor only to get prescribed a medicine to suppress its symptoms. I highly recommend getting to the โ€˜whyโ€™ of your health issue then completely eliminating it.
