The immense power of lasers and energy based modalities, in the right hands, combined with just a small amount of surgery. At some point we will all benefit from upper/low lid surgery, as this patient had. NO OTHER SURGERY INVOLVED WITH THIS PATIENT. All the other dramatic improvements are from lasers and other energy based devices.
