🌟 Calling all Texas LMSWs ready to level uppp! ✨

You know that feeling when you're working with a client and think "...they definitely didn't cover this in grad school"? Or when you're wondering how to actually become the therapist you want to be, how to pass that exam, or how to develop real clinical skills that make a difference? Yeah, that's exactly what my supervision addresses!

I'm passionate about keeping it real with clinicians and helping them bridge the disconnect between what they learned in school and real-world practice. My approach combines solid clinical foundation with holistic integration, helping you develop your authentic therapeutic voice while building practical confidence.

If you're looking for supervision that goes beyond checking boxes- supervision that *actually* prepares you for the realities of clinical work while honoring your authentic self- let's connect!

Click the link in bio for a free 30-minute exploratory call, or email dr.azure@therealhealco.com with any questions. Looking forward to supporting your clinical journey! ✨

✨ You’ve read the self-help books, journaled your feelings, and even tried traditional therapy—but somehow, you’re still feeling stuck. Maybe it’s because most therapy stops at talking and doesn’t get to the root of what’s holding you back. Or maybe you haven't tried therapy at all—and that’s okay. We listen, and we don’t judge!

Heyyy y’all, I’m Dr. Ré! 👋🏾 I help stressed-out, self-aware Gen Z’ers and Millennials break free from generational cycles, work through trauma, and create real, lasting change. My approach is holistic and collaborative—I integrate mind, body, and spirit because I know you already have the power to heal yourself. I’m just here to help you uncover it. 🙂‍↕️

I bring together a mix of holistic and evidence-based approaches to support your healing. EMDR therapy, financial social work, and somatic interventions meet traditional talk therapy (CBT, DBT, narrative therapy), plus real, tangible resources that you can actually use. If it resonates with you, we can also incorporate breathwork, sound healing, meditation, and chair yoga—creating an intentional space for you to liberate, rebuild, and step into your most empowered self.

✨ Anxiety
🌊 Trauma & PTSD
💫 Stress

Not me watching y’all post quotes about cutting people off while your circle gets smaller and smaller... 👀

Listen, there are absolutely times when ending relationships is necessary—particularly for safety or when true toxicity exists. I will never question your decision to remove yourself from harm. Here’s the thing: I’ve noticed a concerning trend: "cut them off" has become the default response to ANY relationship friction. And sometimes what looks like empowerment is actually avoidance.

Real healing isn’t about having no conflicts—it’s about learning to navigate them differently. The truth is, healing happens in connection. And while temporary solitude can be clarifying, permanent isolation often recreates the very wounds you’re trying to heal.

What if instead of cutting everyone off, you developed:

🌱 The ability to communicate directly about needs
✨ Skills to repair ruptures in relationships
🧭 Discernment about which relationships are worth the work
💪🏾 Confidence to be authentic even when it creates tension

Save this post if you’re tired of starting over with new people who eventually disappoint you too. Maybe what needs to change isn’t your circle, but your relationship skills.

Drop a 💭 if you’ve been guilty of the cut-off pattern and are ready for a different approach. What’s one relationship skill you’re working on?

She's baaaaaaack!

Tomorrow is March 1st, and my last therapeutic content post was in December. I know, I know - I said I was going to do a month-long run of Kendrick content, but then life hit me like a ton of bricks, and I was TIRED, y'all. 😩

Between client sessions, running a business, raising my little one, navigating holidays, and more appointments than I could count - your girl needed a break. And you know what? That's not just okay - it's necessary.

Just because the calendar changed doesn't mean we need to have 50 new goals, 20 new habits, and a color-coded vision board ready to go. It's March, and after some much-needed rest, I'm finally in the space to figure out what actually aligns with ME (not what hustle culture says I should want).

So if you're feeling the pressure to have it all figured out because Q1 is ending - this post is for you. Take a deep breath, give yourself some grace, and remember: rest isn't the enemy of achievement; it's the foundation.

Who else didn’t have their whole life mapped out January 1? 👀 - we're in this together! And tell me in the comments: what have you given yourself permission to pause on recently?"

Endless turns, no real destination. In “The Art of Peer Pressure,” Kendrick describes the frantic moment after robbing a house: he and his friends are being chased by the cops, turning corners to escape. But it’s more than just a car chase.
The endless turning is a metaphor for the cycles we fall into when we act without direction—thoughtless decisions, trying to survive, or seeking validation from the wrong people. It’s a feeling many of us can relate to: moving but not progressing, making choices that leave us stuck in the same loops.

🚨 Réflection:
1️⃣ Notice the loops – Are there habits, decisions, or relationships that keep bringing you back to the same place?

2️⃣ Ask yourself – What’s driving your decisions: fear, peer pressure, or your authentic self?

3️⃣ Break the cycle – Progress starts when you choose a new path.

✨ Today’s Reminder: Moving in circles isn’t the same as moving forward. Breaking free starts with awareness.

💊 “Hope to take the pain away from the feeling that he feel today.” — Kendrick Lamar, A.D.H.D.

Pain often isolates us, making it seem like no one else can understand what we’re going through, which led to some of us learning how to escape before we learned to heal. Whether it’s w**d, pills, “that little Don,” or scrolling endlessly on our phones, many of us turn to escapism when healing feels too far out of reach.

In A.D.H.D., Kendrick paints a vivid picture of the numbing patterns of a generation weighed down by stress, trauma, and the pressure to keep going.

✨ Today’s Reflection:
What’s one coping mechanism you can replace with a healthier practice this week?

Welcome to “King Kendrick’s Counsel” - a December deep dive into the therapeutic gems that flow through iconic discography! 💎

2024 has been a YEAR for Kendrick - from dropping his surprise album “GNX” to bodying features to securing the Super Bowl halftime show, he stays proving why he’s the 👑 of the rap game. And let’s not even get into that rap beef - let’s just say Kendrick had someone “in his feelings”! 😂💀

But beyond the bars and the accolades, what I’ve always admired most about Kendrick is his ability to turn his pain into purpose, his scars into storytelling, his journey into gems we can all learn from. 💎✨

As a therapist (and day 1 fan), I’m constantly in awe of how Kendrick’s music explores themes of mental health, healing, growth, generational cycles, and so much more. He doesn’t just spit lyrics - he sparks conversations, he challenges norms, he inspires change!

And you know what? SOMEBODY GOTTA DO IT! 🙂‍↕️ So all month long, I’ll be unpacking the wisdom in Kendrick’s words and putting you on some réal game you can rélate to. Taking lessons from the music that moves me and translating them into tools for transformation is something I do in réal life every day - so why not bring that same energy here?

Get ready for daily quotes, insights, reflections, and real talk inspired by the artist who keeps pushing us to grow.

Drop a 🐐 (or a 🙌🏾 is fine 🤣) in the comments if you’re ready to learn, and vibe with me this December!

S/o to for all of his DOPE graphics! 🔥

Hey y'all! As we close out the month, take a moment to acknowledge your journey. Sometimes we're so focused on where we're going, we forget to celebrate how far we've come.

These questions are invitations to honor your growth, celebrate your courage, and recognize your evolution.

Y'all, understanding generational trauma is important. But let's talk about where empathy ends and enabling begins. 👀

Two things can be true!
You can:
• Understand their trauma AND set boundaries
• Know their story AND protect your peace
• Have compassion AND maintain distance
• See their pain AND stop accepting their harmful behavior
• Honor their journey AND choose differently for yourself

Empathy doesn't require you to:
• Keep accepting mistreatment
• Stay in harmful situations
• Excuse toxic behavior
• Sacrifice your well-being
• Continue cycles of hurt

How do you balance understanding where people came from with protecting where you're going? What boundaries have you had to set even while holding compassion?

Your boundaries aren't punishment - they're protection. They're not walls - they're bridges to healthier relationships with yourself and others.

Remember:
- You don't need permission to have limits
- Your boundaries can change as you grow
- Someone's discomfort with your boundaries isn't your problem to solve

What boundary has been the most transformative for you? Share below and let's learn from each other.

Final part of my series on being the "different" one. Save this series for when you need a reminder that you're not alone in this journey of breaking generational patterns.

Hot take! We're not having a productivity crisis. We're having a rest crisis.

Think about it:
• We glorify burnout but shame naps
• We celebrate hustle but question breaks
• We admire overwork but judge downtime
• We push through exhaustion but resist rest

Your body's need for rest isn't:
• Laziness
• Lack of motivation
• Poor time management
• A character flaw

It's your body's wisdom speaking. The question isn't how to be more productive - it's how to honor your need for rest.

What changed when you started listening to your body instead of your to-do list? Share your journey with redefining rest below. 👇🏾
