For most adults, sticking to 400 mg a day (about 3–4 cups of coffee) is considered safe. But let’s be honest—our caffeine needs (and limits) are as personal as our coffee orders. Some thrive on a double espresso, while others feel jittery after one cup of green tea.

Here’s what to know:
💛 Who should cut back? If you’re pregnant, managing anxiety, have high blood pressure, or heart conditions, caffeine can amplify challenges.
💛 Who can enjoy it? In moderation, caffeine can boost focus, enhance performance, and even provide antioxidants.

But caffeine is never just about the energy—it’s about the ritual. As someone who grew up with Turkish coffee, it’s more than just a drink. It’s the aroma, the small cups, and the meaningful conversations over a freshly brewed pot. There’s something so grounding about the rich, bold flavor—it’s like a warm hug from home.
