“Superfoods” can be a buzzy word — but here’s what it really means:
Foods that offer a high concentration of nutrients that may support your body in meaningful ways.

For PCOS, that might look like:
🥬 Leafy greens → packed with antioxidants and magnesium
🐟 Fatty fish → rich in omega-3s to support inflammation
🍓 Berries → fiber + antioxidants for blood sugar balance
🌰 Nuts + seeds → healthy fats and minerals for hormone health
🌿 Cinnamon or turmeric → may help with insulin sensitivity and inflammation
🥄 Greek yogurt → protein + probiotics to support gut and hormone health
These foods aren’t magic and you don’t need any one food to thrive.
But they can be a helpful part of a supportive, balanced approach to managing PCOS.
