I usually don't go to public reviews but for Dr. Pompey let me do it. She is the best doctor and on my first visit she brightened my day and answered all my questions in a very professional manner. I drive long miles to see her but it's worth it. Thank you DR.!!!! BG.
Soft and pretty makeup is my specialty! And I can do it on all complexions. I got the beauty doctors of Carlos & Parnell, MD, PA ready for their headshots.
My son asked me to show Dr. Diaz his picture so she could see that he wasn’t a baby anymore, so I made a side by side. Dr. Diaz holding him the day after he was born and now at age 7. He said he wants to meet her so one day we will have to make that happen.
Dr. Diaz hadn’t seen my twins that she delivered 2 years ago since they were born. They reunite today! Thank you sooooo much Dr. Diaz for everything! Her nurse, Vanessa, is always there to help, thanks girl.
Hi, doctors Carlos and Parnell! So glad to see you are still in practice and striving. I worked for you in the 90’s and Dr. Parnell later delivered my son (1997). I love you both and wish you continued success!
“...research suggests that exposure to toxic chemicals in hair oils and relaxers could be directly linked to a ‘higher prevalence’ of asthma in black girls and women, as well as early menstruation, fertility issues, obesity, uterine fibroids, and premature birth rates, along with increased cases of breast and endometrial cancers.”
I’d ❤️ to see Dr. W. Parnell do something like this! 😊

COVID-19 has truly magnified what I already knew was out there. To see how this has ravaged our community and our world has been life-changing. The structural issues, structural racism, and structural inequities are here. But because of COVID-19, I can’t stay in the safety net of taking care of individual patients; I have to start thinking about the big picture — populations. What else can I, as a Black woman physician from rural Alabama, do to help my people?
