Morgan, received the 'Certificate of Congressional Recognition' from U.S. Representative Beth Van Duyne's office in recognition of his years of service to the United States. It was on this very day, November 5th, 1975, that at the age of 17, he enlisted in the Navy and served with a Marine Recon company as a special operations technician hospital corpsman.
