This patient desired fuller, more shapely breasts that matched her goals for proportion and balance. After a detailed consultation, Dr. Schwartz selected and tested seven different sets of silicone gel “gummy bear” implants in the OR.

After sculpting the implant pockets beneath the pec muscles, he placed 315cc implants that provided the best harmony and symmetry. Six months later, her results show enhanced volume, shape, and natural contour.

This patient endured years of back and neck pain as well as difficulty finding properly fitting bras. She requested the smallest size possible while maintaining a natural shape in balance with her body.
