My love language and gifts are gorgeous yoga classes. This holiday season can be crazy. I prepared yoga videos that are calm, strong, stretchy and challenging. You know the yoga studios and gyms will be packed with Johnny and Jill come latelies who will quit in February. Don't worry. Do my videos where ever you are.

Second, she helped her mom teach a yoga class. Third, she inspired us all to keep love in our hearts. Your generous donations helped to defray medical bills for her bone cancer treatment. We were in Tuscany and we had time to do a bit of yoga while our breakfast was made by the Bella Donna de cucina! I seized the chance to do some yoga instruction. What is you did core before you ate?

When you do core, don’t neglect your 👣! Active foot work that is not a flex which is a Ken 🦶 foot or a point which is a ballerina 🩰 foot…I want a floint which is somewhere between a flex and a point. This works especially in inversion like handstand.

Barbie foot makes your legs firm so the low core engages. Here’s a tip…working on feet activates the whole leg.
