Yesterday was a beautiful display of reds, burgundy, wine and pink!! I stayed clear of my favorite demi color for my hair BUT you can have a go at it. I also really want to execute this fiyah asymmetric cut!
So many angles.

Here's my graduated compression therapy machine. It blood up in sections starting at my feet/ ankles then section by section until it reaches my pelvis.

The past 6-7 years I have one that covers my entire trunk/ pelvis!! It starts simultaneously with the feet. It blows up and massages my back, waist area and my peritoneal area. This is super important bc that's where I was injured about 26 years ago in Basic training.

A few concrete cinder blocks, a 15k march, and a ruck sack on a 115 lb young lady equals pain. Damage. Inflammation. Numbness. Accidents.

I strive every single day to wake up and move. To walk upright, to show up, and to be steady.
Healing IS REALLY MY LIFESTYLE.

This is a movement! Educate! Educate! And Demonstrate!!
Soilutions is here to expand your thoughts on food quality. It starts with the SOIL!!

The Cowgirl is cute but practical! I have to work the soil by mimicking nature! We added compost, nutrients recycled from old plants, and edible sources (rice and bananas), then we added protection of the soil with plenty of wood mulch. Then it has rained and rained some more! No irrigation needed! We prepped the soil creating a sponge AND its Alive !
Microorganisms will be présent and multiplying !! Woohoo- they're helping the plants be packed with minerals and vitamins.

Home grown produce with no synthetic chemicals, pesticides and preservatives act as superfoods. Boost your health. Eat locally grown produce OR grow your own!
