has a *NEW* Level 2 Lyra class on Saturdays at 1:30pm AND a Level 3 Lyra class Thursdays at 7:15pm. She's pretty awesome and if you haven't taken class from her yet you definitely should! MindBody has all the requirements listed. Check 'em out and go grab your spot before they fill up!

Tiffany has been flying with us since 2018 and we are so thrilled to see her grow and blossom into the awesome new silks instructor you have today.
