Broken relationships can leave us feeling raw, lost, and uncertain.

But what if there’s a way through, a way to face the pain, express the anger, and rediscover hope? All through art and creativity?

This June, we’re inviting you into a month long journey of healing: We’ll explore the messy emotions that come with broken connections. We’ll express them through painting, journaling, collages, and more. We’ll reflect, release, and slowly rebuild one small step at a time.

Whether you’re healing a family rift, a friendship, or your relationship with yourself, this is for you.

To those grieving a relationship with a mother who is still alive your pain is valid, and so is your healing.

To the mothers missing their daughters whether through loss, distance, or silence your heart holds a bond that can’t be broken.

Today, we honor all kinds of love, all kinds of grief, and all the strength it takes to feel both.
