Seasonally, we are accustomed to changing things on the outside of us, clothes, exercise habits, foods, personal items and things, etc., but how often do we choose to change the inside of us - our thoughts about ourselves and others? This 6-part meditation series, "Changing Our Thoughts" hosted by Judy Lyle, offers helpful ideas to get past the "same ole - same ole" thought patterns like - "I don't feel worthy; I'm not good enough; I feel guilty that. . ." and many, many other negative thoughts that ruminate round and round in our brains and make us feel down. We know how to change the outside around us and it makes us feel better for a while - but alas, the old negative thoughts creep in again. For a more permanent positive shift for ourselves and others let's work from the inside - begin with changing just one thought, practice, and watch what happens. Each YouTube meditation session in this series runs 15-20 minutes so you can plan your time, listen, and practice on your own schedule. Feedback is always welcome.
