To All Veterans and Fallen Heroes,

Today, and every day, we honor you.

To the brave men and women who have served in uniform, thank you. Your courage, dedication, and sacrifice have safeguarded the freedoms we hold dear. You stood watch, bore burdens, and answered the call when it mattered most.

To those who never made it home, we remember you with deepest gratitude. You gave everything for this country—your hopes, your dreams, your lives. Your legacy lives on in our hearts, in our flag, and in the freedom we continue to enjoy.

May we never take that sacrifice for granted. May we always remember.

Thank you for your service. Thank you for your sacrifice.

With honor and respect,

What a whirlwind of a year it’s been—and what an amazing summer it’s shaping up to be! It’s hard to believe it’s already been a full year since my home settled into its new location, and let me tell you: it’s never felt more alive.

There’s something incredible about seeing a space transform—not just physically, but in energy. Over the past year, this place has grown into more than just a home; it’s become a hub of creativity, connection, and calm. And now that summer’s here, everything feels like it’s clicking into place: long sunny days, fresh air rolling in, and plenty of inspiration to share.

Whether it’s backyard gatherings under the stars, spontaneous coffee mornings, or just taking time to slow down and breathe, this season is all about celebrating community and presence—and I want you to be part of it.

If you’ve been curious, this is your sign: reach out, come by, check it out. I’d love to give you a tour, talk about what’s been happening, and explore how we might collaborate, connect, or just catch up. This isn’t just a home—it’s a starting point for ideas, stories, and shared moments.

So let’s make this summer unforgettable. Let’s meet, dream, and see what this next chapter might bring—together.

Shoot me a message, give me a call, or just swing by. The door’s open. Always

💔MEET MY LITTLE BROTHER!
Forty six days ago, this little box was a 23 year old person that couldn’t breathe on his own. A person that couldn’t think. A person that couldn’t move. A vegetable. Nine days before that, this little box was a broken human being. A person that couldn’t get away from himself. A person that couldn’t stop getting high — no matter the cost.
This little box was a son, a brother, an uncle, a father, and a friend. 46 days ago, this little box had the potential to become something better. He could have made it if he didn’t use just that one last time. This little box is my little brother. Whoever is reading this, if you’re still out there in pain and using drugs, know that there is a way out. Don’t let your mom be by your hospital bed crying, wondering why her son is dead. Don’t let your children grow up without a parent. Don’t let your friends or family wonder what more they could have done to help you and most of all, Don’t be a little box in your brother’s car!” -author anonymous

WE . . . (The first word of the First Step)

TWELVE STEPS AND TWELVE TRADITIONS, p. 21

When I was using/drinking all I could ever think about was "I, I, I," or "Me, Me, Me." Such painful obsession of self, such soul sickness, such spiritual selfishness bound me to the pipe/bottle for more than half my life.

The journey to find God and to do His will one day at a time began with the first word of the First Step . . . "We." There was power in numbers, there was strength in numbers, there was safety in numbers, and for an addicts/alcoholic like me, there was life in numbers. If I had tried to recover alone I probably would have died. With God and another addict/alcoholic I have a divine purpose in my life . . . I have become a channel for God's healing love.
