🏃‍♂️ Another successful 10-mile interval run at my happy place—White Rock Lake!
Today, I beat my previous 10-mile time by 12 minutes—a major milestone and a proud moment in my ongoing journey.

It was hot and humid, but thankfully the temperature stayed just under 90°, which made the effort a little more manageable. The weather helped, but mindset, consistency, and purpose made the real difference.

For me, this isn’t just about physical performance. It’s about resilience—the kind built through discipline, recovery, and belief in the body’s innate ability to heal.

Nearly two decades ago, I was diagnosed with end-stage congestive heart failure. Today, I’m running 10-mile intervals and living proof of what’s possible through regenerative healing, lifestyle optimization, and a mindset rooted in purpose.

Now, I help others on the same path—individuals who are ready to take back their health and rewrite their story.

Happy Father's Day to all the amazing dads out there!

Any man can father a child, but it takes a truly special man to be a dad — to love, guide, and inspire his family every single day.

I'm so proud and grateful to be a dad to my four incredible children and their wonderful spouses, and "Papa" to my precious grandchildren. You all are my greatest blessings.

A special shoutout to my 37-year-old eldest son, Serge Francois II, for making this Father's Day extra special by taking his 70-year-old dad on a 10-mile run around White Rock Lake!

The rain was pouring down, but we didn't let it stop us or slow us down — we were on a mission, and nothing was going to hold us back.

I thank God every day for blessing me with the strength and vitality to keep up — especially when I think back to 18 years ago, when I was given just six months to live due to severe congestive heart failure.

Running side by side with my son today is living proof of the power of regenerative medicine and a commitment to longevity.

I'm grateful, I'm thriving, and I'm here to say: never give up on life — it's worth fighting for.

Look at me now — still running strong, still living fully, and more thankful than ever. Life is truly good, and I give all the glory to God.

To every dad reading this: keep loving fiercely, living fully, and cherishing every moment.

The trail is offers a mix of terrains, including rocky paths and some steep sections. While it’s suitable for most hikers, those with vertigo should be cautious, especially on narrower segments.

Vietri sul Mare is a picturesque town located on Italy’s Amalfi Coast, just west of Salerno. Often referred to as the “gateway to the Amalfi Coast,” this charming locale is renowned for its vibrant ceramics, scenic beaches, and rich cultural heritage. 


This is where my professional journey began nearly 44 years ago—an opportunity I couldn’t pass up and an adventure that helped shape the person I am today. It was an extraordinary experience: learning a new language and immersing myself in the vibrant southern Italian culture and cuisine. Standing here now, retracing those memories, feels almost surreal.

Vietri sul Mare boasts a centuries-old tradition of ceramic craftsmanship, dating back to at least the 15th century. The town’s streets are adorned with colorful majolica tiles, and numerous shops offer a variety of handcrafted ceramic pieces. Notable establishments include the Solimene factory, designed by architect Paolo Soleri, and the Museo Provinciale della Ceramica located in the nearby village of Raito

This is the exact spot where I stood every morning 44 years ago, waiting for the bus—or hoping one of my patients would spot me hitchhiking to the clinic. Back then, hitchhiking was both safe and legal. It’s amazing how a single place can hold so many memories.

Monte Terminio is a favored destination for hikers and nature enthusiasts. The trails vary in difficulty, with routes like the one from Campolaspierto to the summit offering a mix of gentle paths and steeper ascents through beech forests. 

The summit provides expansive views, extending to the Gulf of Salerno and Mount Vesuvius on clear days. The area is also part of the multi-day Sentiero Italia trail, attracting long-distance hikers.  

What an incredible gift it is to experience this at 70. When you make longevity your focus—nurturing your body, mind, and spirit—anything becomes possible. Age no longer defines your limits; it becomes a testament to your discipline, resilience, and commitment to living fully. Life is good—vibrant, fulfilling, and full of adventure.
