Participants can attain a wonderful state of peace and well-being often facilitating the release of hormones and neurotransmitters functioning throughout the body to relieve pain, induce elevated mood, and restore healthy sleeping patterns. Many participants have reported a heightened sense of creativity and an increased ability to transcend personal issues. Before beginning the Crystal Bowl meditation each person will state an 'intention' or what their specific desire they would like to receive. After the meditation there will be an optional time for anyone to share their specific physical, emotional, or spiritual healing insights with the group. Individual attention will be given to those who request it within the time allotted.
