By experiencing live and in person the 99.9 % pure crystalline structure of quartz Crystal Bowls one can realize a profound healing effect on all of our natural bodies. Crystal Healing Bowls have the power to bring a shift in our consciousness and integrate the balance of our electromagnetic bodies energy. Experiencing pure tonality of the quartz Crystal Bowls we can re-pattern our energy field and influence the organization of the cellular expression of personal wellness. Participants can attain a wonderful state of peace and well-being often facilitating the release of hormones and neurotransmitters functioning throughout the body to relieve pain, induce elevated mood, and restore healthy sleeping patterns. Many participants have reported a heightened sense of creativity and an increased ability to transcend personal issues. Before beginning the Crystal Bowl meditation each person will state an 'intention' or what their specific desire they would like to receive. After the meditation there will be an optional time for anyone to share their specific physical, emotional, or spiritual healing insights with the group. Individual attention will be given to those who request it within the time allotted.
