But here’s the truth: those gifts can’t fully come alive if our system is overwhelmed, locked down, or running on survival mode. When the nervous system is stretched thin, we spend all of our energy just trying to get by instead of giving what is most uniquely ours.

The nervous system is our human technology. It’s the hardware and the signal all at once. The bridge between life moving through us and how much of it we can actually participate with. Its bandwidth isn’t fixed; it expands or contracts depending on how much energy we can truly resource. When the system is under-resourced, life feels smaller, heavier, harder. When it’s resourced, the same life becomes spacious, creative, alive. It’s not about pushing harder, it’s about upgrading the technology within, so more of who you are can come online.
