DIY Pain Rub:
1. Mix 3 tbsp. of cayenne powder with 1 cup of solid coconut oil.
2. Heat the oil on a low simmer until it melts.
3. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 5 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and pour into a bowl. Let it firm up.
5. Massage onto skin when cooled.
