Concierge therapy can be helpful when…
The Derby, The Met Gala, Hockey, Baseball and life responsibilities with family, friends and work come all at the same time.

Thoughts before you call:
-the weekends are typically a lot
-there are ups and downs
-most didn’t win and if you did win, celebrate the win
-embrace the things yiu are gratfuo for and let’s change what you want to detach from yourself

Book if you want telehealth in Texas to establish times for the ups and downs as well as the truly hard times.

People think of having a lawyer on retainer… I prefer a therapist on retainer… 🤗

We lost our precious, baby Bell. Dogs, pets and animals are the best support.

She earned her angel wings as the best dog ever to me and to many.

As a therapist, the loss of a dog is real. Personally I am choosing to focus on every single day she gave to us.

Allow yourself to feel grieve and in all the stages remember what your dog/pet gave to you.
