We are thankful for all of you, having worked through this pandemic to help our little ones safely arrive this year. We understand your risks and greatly appreciate it. We can’t thank you all enough especially Dr.Bertrand, Sydney and Lora, and Dr Murray who assisted with Landons delivery. Stay safe! -Fabian and Lindsay.
In addition to the t-shirt sales, we just received another donation from Walnut Hill OB/GYN in the amount of $1500 towards this effort. Thank you so much. This incredible donation makes a huge difference for local restaurants right now, and for first responders.

So, if you're currently a math teacher (and we know you all are right now), have your kid add up: $2500 + $1500 + $3159 and tell us how we're doing on this gift card initiative. We are so excited about the work we're all doing together to make a difference right now. Thank you all.

And a little update as well, if you've got time to read something nice:

When we call to tell chefs we are giving them a donation from this effort, all are extremely grateful. And the first responders receiving the gift cards are shedding tears of appreciation as well. So far, we have deployed at three local hospitals.

Here is a list of some of the restaurants this effort has supported so far. We’ve been at this for about a week, and we are just getting started. If you’re thinking about ordering dinner or lunch from a local restaurant, maybe keep these places on your list to start. This is just the beginning of the list of DFW restaurants that have helped Meat Fight become the nonprofit we are today. Without their help, we could not do what we do. If you can, support these places. Write a positive Yelp review if you can't purchase something right now. Say thank you on their pages. Be kind. Be grateful. Be patient.

Dr. Hampton Richards and his nurses are amazing! He is the best doctor I have ever had in my life and made the delivery of my baby the best experience. I am beyond thankful for him and so lucky to have him as my doctor.

Do you know the difference between traditional 2D mammograms vs 3D mammograms? Three-dimensional (3D) mammography (also known as tomosynthesis) creates a 3D picture of the breast using x-rays. The image is created by several low-dose images from different angles around the breast. Traditional 2D mammograms are created using two x-ray images of each breast. Research suggests that 3D mammograms are more accurate than 2D mammograms and are more effective in women ages 65 and older. Walnut Hill OB/GYN will be offering 3D screening mammography services beginning 12/14/2022. Save time and schedule your annual screening mammogram appointment to coincide with your well woman’s exam today by calling 214.363.7801!!
