My name is Thomas Fulbrook and I am a mental health therapist (licensed clinical social worker) practicing in the Dallas Texas area. My goals as a therapist include helping my clients uncover their true potential and cope with the issue(s) that bring them to treatment. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve the challenges in yo

ur life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavioral patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. I can help you cope with a variety of issues that impact your life. These may include anxiety, depression, trauma (PTSD), family issues, and self-esteem, to name a few. As a Medicare provider, I work with older adults and and issues related to aging. If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals. For you convenience, I offer both in person and teletherapy (video) sessions for my Texas clients, and teletherapy sessions for my Nevada clients. If you live in the Dallas Texas area, we are pleased to offer online scheduling for your first appointment. Please note that all appointment are subject to review and final approval. I know that we are moving into the holidays and for some, it can be very bittersweet. If you are grieving the loss of a loved one this holiday, feel free to navigate the holidays in a way that works for you. It's okay to say no to things you are not up to doing. It's also ok to not live up to the expectations of others.
