Satya Yoga believes in the healing power of yoga. Our goal is making yoga accessible to Every Body! We see you Dallas and we are committed to serving you!

If you are looking for the perfect space to recharge, own your health and well-being by putting you first; Satya Yoga is where you will find you are valuable in stillness and you are whole in rest. We offer Yin/Restorative with Reiki, and Meditation which are great for beginners and anyone recovering from injury or experienced practitioners who appreciate a slower, more soothing practice. Our beginners / gentle classes will provide some physical challenges while still moving slowly enough to make them accessible to a variety of students. We also offer All Levels, Vinyasa, Therapeutic Sound classes for those wanting a more diverse practice. In addition to the physical postures, our yoga instructors bring in elements of yoga philosophy to help you achieve personal growth both on and off the mat.

Tis the season to give thanks and give back! We’ve been fostering, rescuing, volunteering and supporting Dallas Dog - Rescue.Rehab.Reformfor 7 years now. This rescue group does it all and because of that, we want to continue supporting them by helping them with the supplies they need to keep saving innocent lives! We are their voice! Thank you so much for your support!
