You’re not alone! As temperatures drop and we spend more time indoors, exposure to dust, mold, pet dander, and other indoor allergens goes up. That means symptoms can flare even if you’re not dealing with outdoor pollens.

The good news? We’re here to help. We’ve rounded up our top tips for managing indoor allergies so you can breathe a little easier this season.💙

Allergic reaction or anxiety attack? 😧 It’s a common question—and while both can make your body feel like it’s in panic mode, there are key signs that help tell them apart.

🩸 Allergic Reaction:

Usually triggered by an allergen like food, pollen, or medication. Symptoms often appear quickly and may include hives, swelling, itching, wheezing, or stomach upset. These reactions can worsen fast and sometimes require emergency treatment, like epinephrine.

💭 Anxiety Attack:

Triggered by stress or fear rather than allergens. Symptoms may include a rapid heartbeat, chest tightness, trembling, shortness of breath, or dizziness—but without hives or swelling. They typically ease once you calm down or the stressful moment passes.

If you ever suspect an allergic reaction, especially with trouble breathing or swelling, seek medical help immediately. 💙
