Amrit Prenatal Yoga classes will help pregnant mothers actively move different areas of your body with gentle stretching and yoga postures, learn proper breathing techniques which help you reduce or manage shortness of breath during pregnancy and work through contractions during labor, use meditation to enhance fertility, balance hormones, reduce stress and anxiety, reduce pain during labor, reduce the risk of postpartum depression, and go inside where your baby is. From this, you will come to know your own truth.
