Abhyanga: Gently massage your body with warm sesame oil, sending love and gratitude to each part as you go. Let the oil nourish your skin for 30 minutes before rinsing off in a warm shower.
Gratitude: Take a moment to acknowledge the blessings in your life, both big and small. Cultivating gratitude shifts your energy and deepens your connection to the present moment.
Mantra: Repeating mantras—especially “Om Namah Shivaya” for me—brings a sense of upliftment and peace. It connects you to something greater than yourself, aligning your heart with Divine Love and filling your being with calm.
