University of Miami program takes a personalized approach to adolescent fitness
The Children's Rehabilitation Unit for Nutrition & Cardiac Health program at the University of Miami has helped adolescents "lose a tremendous amount of weight" and become more active, said program director Dr. Tracie Miller.
