A new program will make postpartum care a lot easier for new parents in North Texas. We announced today Family Connects North Texas - which brings postpartum in-home nurse visits to any parent of a newborn delivering at @texashealth Dallas.
We are proud to partner with My Health My Resources of Tarrant County TexProtects - Champions for Safe Children and @UnitedWayDallas to bring this evidence-based collaborative model to North Texas!
