Metrocare was proud to support three important resolutions at Commissioner’s Court this month!

💙 D’Ann from our Military Veteran Peer Network (MVPN) stood with Dallas County Judge Clay Lewis Jenkins to honor the service and sacrifice of veterans and their families.

🤝 Chief Housing Officer, Ikenna, supported Commissioner Price's Healthy Community Collaborative Grant resolution to strengthen recovery, housing stability, and behavioral health services for individuals experiencing homelessness

🏠 Quincy, representing Metrocare's Housing Department, joined to support Commissioner Theresa Daniel's Homeless Awareness Month resolution, championing awareness and action for those experiencing homelessness in Dallas County.

✅ Dallas VA Homeless Veteran Standdown, which provided veterans with resources, meals, haircuts, and support networks.
✅ Cedar Hill DAV 240 Veterans Resource Fair, where MVPN teamed up with The Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Metrocare to ensure veterans and families get the support they deserve.
