Meet Sahana, RBT

Hi, I’m Sahana! Since graduating from college in 2021, I’ve spent the last 4 years working with kiddos across inclusive preschools and clinic settings as a registered behavior technician and preschool teacher! I recently started graduate school at Baylor University’s Dallas campus and am working towards getting my Education Specialist degree in School Psychology. I am particularly passionate about promoting autonomy and increasing communication for all of our different learners. Outside of work, you will often find me with my nose in a book and a coffee in hand!

After 17 years working in special education, Lisa thought she knew what to expect. But nothing prepares you for walking that journey as a parent. 💛
When traditional schools said they couldn’t meet her son’s needs, she kept searching, and that’s when she found Let’s Play N Grow. From her very first tour, she said she felt something different: a calm, structured space filled with people who truly get it.

Meet Regina Walsh, RBT

Hi friends! My name is Regina Wash. I have spent the past thirteen years as an early childhood educator here in Dallas, four of those years in Pre-K 4 and the last nine years teaching Kindergarten. After my husband, Derek, and I welcomed our son in March, I have chosen to transition out of the classroom into such this incredible community at Let’s Play N Grow. I have a BS in early childhood education. More recently, I graduated in 2023 from the University of Notre Dame’s Mary Ann Remick Leadership Program with a Masters in Educational Leadership. My passion for education and specifically serving the neurodiverse community is due to my own personal experience of having multiple learning differences and initially struggling to succeed in my early years as a learner in school. I am a product of early intervention and how educators, therapists, and supportive communities that foster a child’s uniqueness can make a monumental impact on a child’s life. I’m honored to be training to be an RBT here at Let’s Play N Grow where I aim to make each child and family I work with feel known, loved, and served. I am ready to play and can’t wait to meet you!
