Notice the bar placement on my back....most of my clients come to me doing back squats with the bar almost sitting in their neck. Not ideal!
Work on getting the bar lower on the back to increase your Strength.

At what point do start doing weighted pull ups to continue to develop the back?
I’ve always implemented weighted reps when a client can do 10 strict pull ups.
Start with 2.5 or 5lbs weight for 2-3 reps.

Here I am doing 88lbs pull ups at 220lbs. 308lbs for 3 reps.

How many forms of deadlifts do you do?

1- traditional
2- trap bar dead’s
3- sumo
4- frog stance
5- rack deads (seen here)
6- DB and KB dead’s
7- Romanian

Fun fact: I started lifting weights when I was 19 years old. I rarely did arm exercises for 5 years. I was more focused on compound lifts for strength training. I was Charles Poliquin’s German volume training programs. If I did a bicep or tricep exercise it was for 8-10 sets of 8-10 reps.
