The City of Dallas is sponsoring an upcoming event, "Empowered to Protect: Smart Choices Against Fraud and Scams," aimed at empowering older adults to protect themselves from fraud and scams.

This event will be held in person at Highland Hill Library, as well as offered virtually via WebEx for those who are unable to attend in person.
