🍌✨ These are not just banana muffins… they’re your new high-protein, feel-good ritual

Soft, naturally sweet, and made with ingredients your body understands 🤍

Perfect for busy mornings, post-yoga, or when you want something comforting AND nourishing.

INGREDIENTS:
• Ripe bananas 🍌
• 4 cups flour
• Handful of walnuts
• 2 tbsp chia seeds
• 2 tbsp flaxseed
• 1 tsp baking powder
• Pinch of salt
• 1½ cups milk (your choice)
• 2 scoops protein powder (I use vanilla plant-based)

PREPARATION:

1. Preheat oven to 425°F
2. In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients
3. In a separate bowl, mash the bananas
4. Add mashed bananas and milk to the dry mix and combine slowly
5. Fold in walnuts last
6. Pour into muffin pan
7. Bake for ~30 minutes until golden and set ✨

Today… I was exhausted.

I stopped looking
for a place to rest
in someone else’s hands.

No more waiting
for the right words,
the right timing,
the right kind of love
to make me feel whole.

I turned inward—
not because I had nowhere to go,
but because I finally understood
I had always been home.

Inside me,
there is a room untouched by fear,
a steady breath
that does not rush or beg.

A place
where my worth is not questioned,
